It was a rainy day when Hong Kong was hit by the third wave of COVID back in summer 2020. The drizzle shot through the humid air and the uneasy atmosphere in the city. The neon lights shone brightly in the reflection; meanwhile, outside of the reflection was a local business trying to survive the impact of the pandemic.
